They brought the wrong materials then said they would give us a discount. We had paid for an upgrade in materials 2x in cost and they would discount that price for their cheap white basic shelves. Sounds like rip off? We got the correct materials got it finished and then we ordered extra shelves the same day that they completed the install and guess what happened when they brought out the extra shelves...you got it they brought the wrong materials. Still waiting for the correct sizes.
This was my second time to use Classy Closets and my expectations were exceeded - AGAIN! The first time (2022) I had a closet installed in my home in Dallas, TX for which I left a separate 5-star review. This time CC helped me design and install cabinets for my KITCHEN (which included the counters and sink), and the entire process was seamless, on time, and installation went smoothly. I worked with Haley on the design process. She was extremely professional and has an incredible skill in design. She brought my vision to life and provided lots of options to stay within our budget without compromising on quality or function. Will absolutely refer her services without reservations to family and friends!
Classy Closets is amazing to say the least. We are remodeling our home and used them to redesign and install 2 large closets and the pantry. Haley worked with us to design each.
