Disgusting
I visited Classy Claws on Saturday, August 16th. While waiting to soak off my nails, I ordered an Americano, but instead of water, they used white vinegar—apparently from cleaning the kettle and forgetting to empty it (gross?!!?!). When I brought this to management’s attention, they only offered a $5 refund for the drink. They told me since my coffee was remade that is why I was charged fully for it. Amazing! From the booking process to the final result, everything was seamless. The customer service was top notch, and my nail tech (owner) was incredibly personable it felt like catching up with an old friend. I’m so proud to see her thriving and creating such an aesthetic, welcoming space. The shop is beautifully done, inviting, and full of good vibes. 3.5 hours flew by with great conversation and laughs. Highly recommend.
