Presoak missed half of my vehicle. The windshield was barely hit at the center of the roof is not hit. Power wash also bis part of my hood in the center of my windshield.

I used automatic wash. It broke down during the first prewash could not move forwarded or do anything. I called the number while stuck in bay. Never a returned call a total waste of $18. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this I felt was necessary.

Self spray car wash itself was decent enough. The soap from the foaming brush smelled especially good. But the reason I am giving five stars is because of customer service. At first, the machine charged my credit card, but then didn’t start so I called the number posted on the sign and the guy started the spray for me. I had assumed I just lost that money, but since someone answered and was able to remote start it, I was able to wash my car Which was especially dirty because I’ve been camping on dirt roads for the past week.

Never been disappointed from a car wash before now. Couldn't clean the dirt off from underneath my wheel wells, the sides of my truck or even the bug splatter from the hood. This pressure wouldn't wash a paper towel off the ground. Wax didn't do anything. I have a hose at my house that gives better pressure than this. Waste of $10

Stopped here to wash the bikes. The washing bays were nice, but the vending machines for towels/air fresheners, etc, were broken.
