I purchased a second-level, touchless car wash yesterday and left sorely disappointed. When you pull in initially, the under-car washers are weak and start after you're part-way into the stall. The soap spray appeared adequate, but the actual rinse and wash itself was like several jet hoses sprayed at focused points, there was no "fan" to the sprays. After it was done, no drying cycle? I will go elsewhere. I would give it 1 star, but a woman who either managed, owned, or just worked there made it right. I paid for a soft touch drove in. The Underbody spray didn't stay on long enough to get my entire vehicle in. The overhead sprinkler started, and stopped at my windshield. The door opened and the speaker began yelling to exit. 3 other people there had a similar problem and thankfully the woman at least opened the self wash for free. Grateful for her remedy, but I won't be returning.

Don't waste your money here. Always dirty. If you can get the card reader to work, the nozzles in the DIY bays are awful, water pressure is worse, the hoses that come from the ceiling leak all over you. The automatic car washes never have any soap in them so you don't leave much cleaner than when you came. You'd be better off washing your vehicle at home or going somewhere else.

Terrible, left soap and salt all over the vehicle, plus it didn't dry it
