I will go elsewhere. I would give it 1 star, but a woman who either managed, owned, or just worked there made it right. I paid for a soft touch drove in. The Underbody spray didn't stay on long enough to get my entire vehicle in. The overhead sprinkler started, and stopped at my windshield. The door opened and the speaker began yelling to exit. 3 other people there had a similar problem and thankfully the woman at least opened the self wash for free. Grateful for her remedy, but I won't be returning.

Don't waste your money here. Always dirty. If you can get the card reader to work, the nozzles in the DIY bays are awful, water pressure is worse, the hoses that come from the ceiling leak all over you. The automatic car washes never have any soap in them so you don't leave much cleaner than when you came. You'd be better off washing your vehicle at home or going somewhere else.
