I would like to say this used to be my favorite car wash and was an awesome job done on my car BUT not tonight I pulled up there was 5-7 ppl in area where u pull in. One rolling eyes and motion me to pull in like they didn’t want to be there. Then two young ladies taking money And pushing the buttons. I buy the most expensive one costing 18 dollars. Recommendedyes, great prices, and great wash services, however, it is a little decieving when I pay monthly for unlimited and I'm sure many others do also, and yet I work 8-5 while you guys are only open 9-5. So it's like I'm paying for no reason
I’m not usually someone who writes a Facebook review, but I have never been so impressed with the customer service provided at this car wash. The staff is always friendly, smiling and efficient. They always hand me a water and a lollipop and wish me a good day at work. Not only is my car clean, but they brighten my day.
I own a taxi and they are always pleasant the clean is excellent. Classy Chassy is the one car wash in my area that offers unlimited washed for livery
i went to the new vestal location. it bent my license plate and broke my cover off and when i went inside to inform management. the lady wanted to argue with me about it and say it didnt happen there.. then i asked to speak to a manager and he said oh yeah im sure matthews will give you a new plate cover ???? okay thanks for making the problem better..didnt even say sorry just said hed fix it for future ...and in my time there it happened to another lady and they still didnt care to do anything about it..i didn't even care a... read more
