The kid with blonde hair is the “manager” and he has NO IDEA what customer Service is. I made an error in my coupon, but was already pulled in. I asked if he could help at all with the price and he said, “no - I don’t know why you’re upset with me, you came in late!” He was such a jerk!!! Crap-tastic attitude!!! I reversed and went down the road for my wash. He was right and I’ll NEVER be back. I would have paid more if he was simply nice. ✌🏼
Had a slightly less than desirable experience with them but they acknowledged it and made it right. I would like to say that whomever is running this business is definitely customer orientated. And I love the free interior microfiber cloth they give you. Great touch. Thanks again.
