Avoid Bay 1. It takes your quarters but doesn't start. The customer service was nice enough to get me a free touchless wash but still inconvenient because I prefer to wash it myself.
Machine ate my money at the self wash, there's no help available and the line won't give you operational hours or let you leave a voicemail.
Do not put your quarters in the machines! It takes your money and doesn't start...
I've been washing my vehicles here for over 15 years. This place has gone way down hill. Bays are always broken in some way. I have gotten charged double like 3 times when using my card in the self wash bays. The supposed spot free rinse sucks and leaves water marks, the arm mechanism leaks water all over my car when I am trying to dry my car. The few times I've went through the automatic wash my car is not even close to dry enough. Just sad experience lately and I won't be returning.
Every time I try to come here to get a car wash the system never recognizes my windshield sticker try every single day out go around Car Wash dozens of times try every single day it just does not work I have this issue every single time this car wash is just unbelievably sucky
