I once again took my car to be washed at the Brockport location. After putting my credit card threw nothing happened the door didn't go up. So like a dumbass I put my card threw again, nothing happened. You owe me $32.00 , I also did a review 6 months ago so I figure you owe me the refund for 3 washes. The person that owns this does a shit job of maintaining this location. I will never be back to this car wash. Please review this problem and refund my $. Went to the far right bay to get a wash. It seemed like the nozzles were screwed up and the soap was just drizzling down the arm of the sprayer. Seriously disappointed and want a refund. My truck is still dirty. Not worth 15 bucks to have all the cleaning solution miss your car and then the vehicle is still salty.
Took my dodge dually two Classy Chassis and pulled it into a bay to wash it and I use my credit card and I put $5 on the timer. And I proceeded to do the tire wash and that didn't work so I started with the soap high pressure wash did that and then I I wanted to use the foam brush but it did not work but I actually put more money in and I held the button in with the credit card and got it up to $14.00 by accident. Broken presoak sprayer in right touch free bay. Looks like it needs maintenance
Not impressed. The spray jets are clogged up on the 1st bay. The wash rinse cycles were affected by that. Had to wash it again at home.
