The very last wash bay in the do-it-yourself I put $4 in it and it didn't register I had to use my debit card in order to wash my car in another Bay and that charged me more than I wanted it to charge me I use the 4:50 that I had left plus my debit card this is the third time I've had an issue with this car wash it would be nice to be reimbursed for the $4 I lost
The car wash machine charged us but wouldn’t actually turn the car wash on, and the phone numbers didn’t lead to any results from customer service. 0/10
The wash is great when it works. It’s a gamble if the plate reader chooses to work. No fragrance in the fragrance machine.
Avoid Bay 1. It takes your quarters but doesn't start. The customer service was nice enough to get me a free touchless wash but still inconvenient because I prefer to wash it myself.
