I first went through classy chassis drive-through oil change for my business card and then I get a free car wash to wash the car and it is a great deal. They were informative and quick.
Recently bought a new pickup and decided to buy an unlimited wash package back in January. My last visit on September 30 I was informed that my account is inactive. I bought a 1 year unlimited package and they wanted me to pay $20.00 to reactivate my account. The attendant honored my membership but I hope to get this rectified. Your staff and customer service have always been professional. Hope to hear back from you.
