Who ever the brown haired girl with a ponytail checking people in today 9/23/24 around 3:30pm, shouldn't be working in customer service or with YOUR customers, she is extremely rude to your customers and rude to her manager. I've been paying for the $50 monthly package for months now which is billed at the end of the month on the 28th.. As members, we’ve generally been happy with the quality of the wash. However, we’ve noticed a consistent issue with the staff’s responsiveness regarding drying towels. They frequently run out of towels, and when we request more, there seems to be little to no urgency. Today, two male staff members continued their conversation for five minutes before slowly making their way inside to get towels for the waiting customers. A bit more attention to customer service would make a big difference!
