Allie was extremely disrespectful and has zero customer service skills. I asked her a question and she was very rude. I do not recommend at all.
Got the additional service with towel dry and wheel touch up. Thanks for a fantastic finish. We got the membership so we can go as often as we want.

⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I spent three hours and $145 at Classy Chassis Lakewood expecting a proper detailing, but I left extremely disappointed. Despite pointing out dirt spots and damage, they did not clean or address them. I specifically asked if they could clean the underside of my vehicle and was told they had the proper rack—but when I went to have wheels and tires installed afterward, there was still a half-inch of mud in every wheel. Great programs/services to choose from. The wash packages have there benefits! You can wash your car as many times as you want with selected plans. Excellent I highly recommend grabbing a package for unlimited washes
