I’ve been a loyal customer of Classy Chassis for several months now, but my recent experience at the Canyon Road location has me reconsidering. After months on the top-tier wash plan—which includes towel dry and tire shine—I was told by Lucas that I’m no longer on that plan, with no explanation.
