Let me start by saying I received a partial refund, which is why she received 2 stars. Cassie is kind and attentive. I received a dip manicure first, and it was a bit hard on the nails with the Dremel and manicure tools (nicked my thumb, Dremel bounced off nail and hit tip of nail multiple times, causing bleeding on the base of my thumb, fingers were sore the next day, the process from soak off to finish was 2 hours) and the top coat peeled off within two hours of my visit. The pedicure felt marvelous. My hard skin was removed in an unhurried friendly atmosphere with a very personal care touch. The nail polish never comes off and looks awesome till my next pedicure. This means I can wear sandals all the time now if I want to without feeling ashamed of my skin. I have recommended Cassie services to all my family and friends
Cassia has been doing my nails for about 5 months, she does a great job. She is very thorough and makes sure you are happy with her service before you leave, so if you leave unhappy it’s your own fault. She does a great job with gel nails. First time I have ever had them and I love them. She does my pedis and does a great job. Also, she has a great personality we always laugh and have a great time. If you are looking for a manicurist or someone to do your feet, make an appointment with her. You won’t be disappointed.
Cassie is such a talented, sweet and patient woman. I love her attention to detail and making sure you are happy with the final result. I have had the pleasure of Cassie doing my lash extensions on numerous occasions. I’ve done glam and natural looks and was so beyond impressed by both. I was especially surprised how long they lasted (1 1/2-2weeks) and I wash my face twice a day and it being summer I’m in swimming pools and the lake with my kids constantly.
Cassie is so sweet and talented! It took me a whole year of living in Klamath falls before I found her for my services, and I am So thankful I found her. She is the best! My brows look so great and my nails are always perfect. She is very meticulous with her work and really takes the time to get to know you so she can make helpful suggestions for your services.
