First time I brought Riley in - yes, she was matted - she was a puppy and I was learning they can't go swimming. They charged me over $200 and asked me not to return. Yes, not to return. I heard the business sold so figured I would give it another shot. They did do an excellent job though at the first time. The best she had ever had.
