My daughter and I both had the custom facial today. First let’s start with the booking, this young lady wanted to know products we currently used for daily cleansing so she could educate us on the why and why not. That’s phenomenal! the customer service provided was top tier, the young lady completed both of our appointments and during the service she talked through what she was doing and why. I really enjoyed everything from the beginning to the end. She knows her craft and enjoys what she does. The follow up call/ care is excellent. Who cares about their clients afterwards? Not many. My skin is still glowing lol. 10 out of 10, I recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
