Stopped by this place at 11750 SE 82nd Ave Ste B, Happy Valley, OR 97086 after googling skin treatments nearby—needed a refresh. Got a Hydrafacial, and oh my gosh, the tech was so kind and explained every little step. Felt super comfortable, even during the deeper cleaning parts (those usually make me flinch lol). My skin? Literally smooth and glowing right now. Super attentive service too.
I wish I could give less than one star. We went in 10 minutes early for the appointment and waited 30 minutes just to be seen. The nurse practitioner who was preforming the service came in 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. We got microneedling done and were given hardly any explanation on what was happening and how long we had to wait for the service to begin. It was my first medical aesthetic treatment, and I had a great experience! The staff were very professional and kind, and I can already see some nice results. Highly recommend!
