I cannot say enough good things about Classy detail. They are exactly the kind of business you want to work with, especially when things go sideways for you. My husband and I were moving cross country and had a mix up with our reservation. Kim was amazing. She got a trailer for us when everyone else said it couldn’t be done. Above and beyond, price was perfect, boat runs better than it ever has.
This place is awesome. They helped us by making custom fit coach battery cables. And, repairing a 2008 Prius. The customer service was WAY above par. Their business name “classy detail” is deceiving, because they do it all! Mike and Kim are wonderful!!!
The owner & staff were very prompt in servicing my car, & was available the same day. The owner went out of his way to explain what was happening. I was quite impressed in that other car repair companies have never been so obliging. Repairs to my brand of vehicle, a BMW can often be very expensive, but theirs was not. I will certainly be back again, and will recommend them to others.
I had such an amazing experience with Classy Detail! Mike was communicative from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was so kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done perfectly. My car looks absolutely incredible — better than I expected!
