Has great a1 customer service and an friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon. Ms. Michelle does my hair. She’s awesome at what she do!!!!
I had appointment with Leah @3:30p, 1st she overbooked herself with a client in the chair when I arrived, a client waiting, then myself. She rushed thru flat ironing my hair & burned a patch out of my hairline🤬 At 5:40p *2 hours later I left with hair not done & bald spot in my hair. The burning got increasingly worse once I got home, my scalp is inflamed & today its scabbing. I'm applying aloe vera for soothing & healing. I contacted her, & although she returned my deposit, money doesn't replace my hair that is now missing... read more
