Don't ever go to this place. Im a new resident in the st cloud area and I was looking forward to get a haircut. Walk in @ 6:03 p.m, the barber on the left side when you walk in told me " if I had an appointment?" and I replied "No" and says WE'RE CLOSED. I looked around about five customers were seating down on the waiting area. The entrance door says " appointment & walking-in are welcome" then again " I wasn't Welcome ". Don't waste your time here. They take 2 hours to cut 1 persons hair and are afraid to cut for walk ins. While waiting I noticed very unsanitary conditions such as roaches and not cleaning equipment between cuts. Decided to leave
Very unprofessional, always running late for appointments, and mid level barbers at best. Went here a few times and was dissatisfied each time. Kept thinking the barber would improve but it never happened. Much better options elsewhere. The fact that I have a text from the barber in question stating that he’s always late for appointments, combined with the ”Owner’s” smug and condescending response to valid customer criticisms, I believe my point about a lack of professionalism has been validated. I walked into this barbershop on Monday 12/22/25 and asked how long the wait would be. The barber told me I was next, so I decided to wait. After waiting a few hours, I asked again for an update and was then told that because I was a walk-in, I had to wait until all appointments were done. That was never explained upfront. There was no clear estimate, no communication, and no transparency.
