Just brought both my car and my fiancé’s car here. We had high hopes, especially since their prices are higher than our usual detailing shop, but unfortunately we left very disappointed. For my fiancé’s car, the interior looked like it had only been vacuumed and not properly wiped down. It also smelled terrible afterward. We later discovered that one of the carpets had been left wet, but nobody informed us before we picked it up. For my car, I paid the extra $20 to have a seat and carpets shampooed.
