Had to write this review because we are so happy with the customer service & the work that was done to our vehicles. Jim was so knowledgeable and I walked away with so much information. I was so lost about taking care of insurance and all the questions and Jim just walked me through the whole process. Thank you Jim!
I brought my commercial vehicle here, Jim could not fix it within the time frame we agreed on. He also sent parts out that he couldn't get back in time. I even had to buy parts that he should have bought because he didn't know where to get them. As if that's not bad enough, he refused to release my vehicle after I offered to pay for work done and go elsewhere to finish the autobody work. Long story short, had to file a lawsuit before I could get my vehicle back. It's beyond me how this place is still open for business.
Jim is very knowledgeable about cars and did amazing with my car’s bodywork. Highly recommend this shop
