I was having problems with overheating in my Jeep SRT. Ross took the time to look at it and assess the issues. Considering it is under dealer warranty, Ross suggested that I get them to sort it, but was also happy to take on the job himself. He made contact with the dealership service dept. to make sure they were aware of what was going on, twice. Because we all know most dealerships don’t care as much.
