Open and available on a Sunday afternoon is so rare for mechanics. I had an issue with a rattling sound coming from my car and was able to call and bring it right in. My mechanic listend to my previous recent repairs and was able to diagnose it quickly with an easy resolution. Very grateful that I found him on short notice and that he was able to correct the problem and get me and my daughter back on the road safely in minimal time. Also very professional.
John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.
