I was having an issue with one of my cellular shades that broke and when speaking to Tony he wasn't happy with the conversation we were having so he hung up on me. I spent a lot of money buying window coverings for my whole house from him and I think this is very unprofessional how he handles conflict.

Classic Windows Fashion is a lovely company to work with. We are all leading a bizarre life with the pandemic. Needing the help of contractors while social distancing is nerve wracking. If you use Classic Windows Fashions- no need to worry. They come with masks and are super professional.
