I visited for massage and price outside mentione dollar $40 for 30 minutes but they charged $60 for 30 minutes. They said if you need invoice for insurance you will have pay high price $60. And insurance also pays from our pay cheques if have insurance doesn’t mean they should charge higher price. Its not legal what they are doing. Plus i’m attaching screen short from chat GPT that price should be same doesn’t matter if you have insurance or not. Its not about $20 its about wrong price. Rude management. Only good if you want to pay less as they won’t charge for tax if you pay cash
Very poor management. There was no one on site who could speak English well, which led to miscommunication with the staff. The customer service number listed on the website (possibly the owner), blamed me for coming and receiving the service early . He did not even listen to my side, saying he would just go by what his staff told him. No proper apologies at all. I would recommend spending your hard earned money on a business that knows how to respect its customers and take accountability for their shortcomings.
