They were amazing at getting me in quickly. And I must say the video report card that they sent me on my car was AMAZING! Loved to not only be able to hear everything they reviewed on the car but to SEE it. Also the gentleman that talks through the details has the best voice and should start reading for audio books! Horrible experience! From the GM to the salespeople very unprofessional. I live in Virginia Beach, Va & purchased an Audi A5 online from this dealership in March 2025. The car was being delivered to me. First mistake, the car was DRIVEN to me from NC. Putting miles on my newly purchased vehicle. Then the transporter had a tire blowout on the way. Dropped the car off at a nearby sister Audi dealer. They graciously replaced the tire for VW Gastonia. They never called me to say why my car wasn’t delivered at the time promised. ... read more
Great experience from time I made initial contact to set up my appointment with CC. I was scheduled for early the next day service. When I arrived at the service area CC greeted me and asked about the problem with my vehicle. Discussed the problem and my vehicle was driven into service area to have my vehicle diagnosed/serviced. After a short time CC arrived to explain the vehicles problem and I chose what I wanted to have done to resolve issues. In a short time my vehicle was serviced and was good to go.
