Great family business, really nice guys. Great place to buy RV accessories. Found most items in store were about same price as Amazon or cheaper. Bought a new vent cover for half the price of Amazon and better quality. Highly recommend.
They were able to get the inverter/charger ordered and delivered in 2 days! We were traveling from Prince George, BC to Ontario and the staff was very friendly, helpful and was able to get us in for installation the same day the inverter arrived. We would like to thank Marek (parts manager) and Gus (service manager) for being so helpful and the 2 service techs (which unfortunately we did not get their names but they were very helpful to explain stuff to us) You guys are all awesome and we truly appreciate everything you did.... read more
Went to get a part from Classic Trailers and took an anode rod for the hot water tank from the store area but it looked too small. So I asked the parts person if it was the correct one, so without getting off his butt, he said it fits 90% of the RVs. I did NOT fit. Thanks for nothing. Update: I have since returned the anode rod to Classic Trailer and received a full credit. I ordered a replacement from Amazon for 1/2 the price. I tried to support a local business and it didn't work out.
Unfortunately I haven’t left previous reviews as I’m not completely tech friendly however whenever I require parts for my trailer I always go to Classic. Close to my home but more importantly customer service and availability. Was there yesterday to purchase a part and was quickly served and great advice from Marek. I got exactly the part I wanted at a great price. Been there a number of times over the years. My go to place.
