Took camper to have awning replaced. Brought RV in to them may 25th. After numerous calls I made inquiring about the progress, last call July 10th, was told by service manager he was still waiting to hear from autopac. So we called autopac ourselves and this is what autopac told us. “An adjuster called Classic Trailers on June 12th and were told the RV wasn’t even there!!! Generally adequate;however, one lady sold me the wrong propane hoses and I had to drive 200km round trip to change them. Short of common travel trailer bulbs and even other common parts.
What an amazing experience buying our first trailer. The no pressure approach coupled with knowledgeable staff made for a seamless and enjoyable time. Doug was excellent and never made us feel as an inconvenience, compared to other dealerships we went to. I would highly recommend going to classic trailers for all your trailer needs!
