This company is amazing. My flight was delayed, and I got in after midnight. I would have understood if they didn't wait for me. I just checked their counter at the airport and I was surprised to find the driver waiting for me. I was the only passenger yet, he waited. I thought the price would increase , but they charged me the normal fare. I am still amazed.

This is quite ridiculous. I had a round trip booked through IU and my husband was joining. When picking us up at the airport, I was not told about any additional charge for him (my experience with hired cars is that is for the vehicle, not per person). However, at the point of dropping me back off at the airport- literally when we were at the curb to go in- I was told I needed to pay for my husband as he was not on the reservation. Straight stopped. Parked. In 40mph travel lane during rush hour. I don’t care how good you are, or how classic your touch is, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle is unacceptable. You don’t get to park wherever you damn well please. If he moved when I honked this review could have been avoided. A direct result of pride.
