If none of the vacuums work why isn't there a sign? Or at the very least a piece of tape over the slot so people don't waste $5 in quarters like I just did, trying to find one that works. The "return coin" button would be helpful but that doesn't work either, conveniently. ONE vac works because someone was using it but I had already wasted 20 quarters by the time that person left. I want my money back!
An absolute no go... I've been there three times; I should have learned the first time but I thought it was just the wrong time of day are something. Its always dirty like real nasty roaches, not water bugs. No soap , some of the vacuum's didn't work and the one that did barely had any sucking power. Some didn't even have the ends to them and plus 2 out of four or 5 didn't even have the wand to spray my car. Oh I almost forgot that it takes your money. Don't go here! It tore all the molding off of my 83 yr old Mother's car! We've did everything possible to contact the company and have estimates from insurance companies and bodyshop, but they, the Campbell's of Elizabethtown, have refused to be business friendly by totally ignoring the situation! Go here at your own risk of having damage done to your vehicle folks Better Business Bureau is now involved!
