I purchased thousands of dollars of tile there. The grout they sold me was defective and caused a huge problem. The owner acknowledged the problem and promised to make good on it. He strung me along for almost three years promising this and promising that. Finally after 3 years of stringing me along, I got a lawyer involved. He strung the lawyer around in the same way. Fantastic service and amazing tile selection. The owner and designer are so helpful. It's my first (and last) stop for tile.
Tile arrived quickly but some was damaged. I only got 2 boxes for a fireplace surround. Luckily there was enough but I wanted the extra in case something got damaged. I asked to get it replaced but they never got it. I ordered quite a lot of tile for a bathroom and I had 3 more baths, a kitchen and laundry room to go. They lost out on this sale...
