Here at Classic Thyme we have created a warm and inviting atmosphere fashioned on the concept of a rustic cottage in Tuscany. Students can select from a wide diversity of classes from Culinary Basics to Advanced Cake Decorating. Our Marriage Ministry came out for a Couples Cooking Class and it was phenominal! We had lots of fun cooking and dining. Hospitality was amazing. Food was excellent. Staff was attentive. Definitely a night to remember! Thank you Chef David & CTCS staff!

I bought a gift certificate for a local couple for Christmas. They booked a class for tonight, 2/21/15. It has been snowing since early afternoon but the owner refuses to cancel the class despite several inches of snow on the ground and more falling throughout the night in that area. There is a no-cancellation policy within 10 days of the class, and this is communicated; however what people may not be aware of is that you can't rely on the school to cancel in awful weather. Folks, once again, we received a small amount of snow, 3-4 inches, and all who were registered showed up for class. If you are sensitive to a little snow please don't register for any classes, for you or anyone else, during the winter. And PLEASE, don't agree to the policies, terms, and conditions if you really don't agree with them. Happy Cooking!
My son and i attended the Parent and child Valentine's Day cooking class. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Tasty dishes. I will definitely be returning.
We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here this past weekend. Before this, we had never stepped into Classic Thyme, but have always heard great things. Lisa, the manager was very polite and helpful in providing us with the party packages and helping us plan the party. On the day of the party our Chef was Justin. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here tonight. The food was awesome and we had fun making great food and meeting new friends. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!
