I had a wonderful experience with Lorna at the hair salon. Her skills and expertise in handling my natural hair were absolutely amazing. She is very patient, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. Absolutely amazing staff and even better environment! Loved my braids, 10/10
I’m honestly heartbroken and deeply disappointed by my experience at this salon. I trusted them when they promised permanent curls, hoping to finally have the look I wanted, but the curls straightened out immediately when the hair got dry. After spending my hard-earned money, sitting through the process and trusting their expertise. Do not do any curly hair at this salon otherwise you will be left feeling hurt, frustrated and deceived. The emotional disappointment was just as real as the financial loss, I do not recommend.
