I was recommended to this facility by a co worker but the service was highly unprofessional. I kept having to text the individual and email them my documents. It wasn’t until I called them unprofessional and having a big lack of communication that I got a response. Shortly after, they said they had an “emergency” and couldn’t do my taxes and this was a week before the IRS deadline.
