Pops is probably one of the worst tattoo artist you can go to. He does terrible work that only a drug addict would be interested in. I would suggest getting a tattoo by a teenager at the park before trying this clown. Horrible work that will need to be covered up. He specializes in tattoos with no artistic ability for the drug addicts of the world. It's really insane that he is even allowed to do tattoo work. He has no talent or work ethic. Getting my second tattoo from Chuck Howe now and even though it is a completely different style then my first, it is equally as amazing! The line work (on both) is absolute perfection!
