For the most part, Richelle Garcia was very professional, kind and pleasant to work with. I wish I had know that Subaru Connect had to be activated which turns out to be more than just downloading the app and calling Subaru for assistance with the app. It would have been more helpful had I know that after downloading the app, I needed to call Subaru to activate Connect, Additionally, I send an inquiry email about the app and left a vm neither of which were returned.
