They were great! Professional and quick for our woodstove install
The guys doing the install were great. Very professional. The salesman, Daniel was a lot to be desired. He had an”I don’t care attitude “. He put my install off twice. After purchasing the unit, I finally get it installed 3 months later. He wouldn’t take responsibility instead passed it of saying that it was the manufacturer fault. He could have came and did a partial install so I could stack my wood but instead I had to put off my wood delivery. My opinion is that he doesn’t go above and beyond for the customer.
Alex Pat and Antonio were super professionsl and friendly, they did an amazing job, I’ll strongly recommend Classic Stove to anyone, amazing team
Great service from start to finish! Patrick, Antonio and Alex did an excellent job installing our new Jotul stove!
