Zero stars if i could. This staff or neighborhood, honestly both are so sus. Our storage unit got broken into and 4k+ worth of stuff was taken. DO NOT waste ur time and money here. All they said was “oh no our cameras were off at that time” Like the workers must be doing sketchy stuff because nobody but them or neighbors knew what was in it. The manager that I worked with getting in was fantastic. However, there has been at least 2 managers and a fill in in the last 2 months that I know of. I only had the unit for 1 month. I have not received my deposit after the 15 day written notice of vacating the unit as well as multiple notices of "being past due". I've left multiple messages, received a text at 9:30pm that they will be contacting me the next day to resolve my issues and that was over 20 days ago. I reserved a 10' x 20' unit to store a vehicle in during my move to Utah. The customer service was great initially. When the time came where I arrived in Utah and needed the storage unit, all communications ceased and there hasn't been a single attempt at returning any of my many phone calls, text messages, and emails. When I arrived to store my vehicle, I realized that the unit they assigned me is a very small unit, much too small to store a vehicle in.
