I’ve used many storage places, and this is by far the best. We never experienced any problems with our unit, and the owners were so nice to work with. Exceptional customer service and such sweet people.

One call to Tim and we had everything we needed to make the decision to go with Classic Storage. He was friendly and easily answered all our questions (before they were even asked, how did he know!) and then said "if you have any questions or need anything please just give us a call. Prior to renting with Classic Storage, I had a horrific experience with another storage facility in Jonesborough. Thankfully, this facility is locally owned and operated. The owners are extremely easy to get a hold of, they always respond to calls and texts and are very helpful. The previous facility is now under new ownership and they tacked on a lot of unnecessary fees and charges.
