Update, 2 weeks later: The owners reached out and offered to work with us to find a solution. We were really impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them based on that. They do have a lovely selection of materials, and went above and beyond in their efforts to mitigate the problems with the materials we bought. The owners are so involved, personable, and knowledgeable. Lisa takes her time to figure out how to best meet your needs, and she makes these awesome water fountain stone sculptures!
They sold us the wrong materials. We told them we needed flagstone for a patio. The lady who sold us the stone said that it was fine for what we needed and then another employee confirmed it the next day before we paid. Two months later we called a professional hardscaper to help us finish our patio because the stone was so difficult to work with, and was crumbling and cracking.
