I tried to use their website to inquire about my order, their AI system says it was unable to detect an order with my email or the order number that was emailed to me, I attempted to call their phone number which doesn’t ring and only gets disconnected. There’s no way to actually speak to anyone and they refused to respond to emails.
This company is a scam. I would not buy anything from them ever again. They didn't send me all my stuff and will not return my calls or my emails will not even chat with me don't buy anything from this place from the first picture is what I was supposed to get. Owner is extremely rude, I will never be a customer. I see that some positive reviews have the same last name as the owner. 24 years in business and you have 57 reviews?
So, I will say this, I got what I ordered and it was great. However, a day or 2 after I placed the order my tracking number said it was canceled, so I freaked out and emailed customer service, no response. Started searching and found these Google reviews, once again freaked out thinking I got scammed. Called the number and zero answer because of “covid”. Started to think this place was fake.
