So, I will say this, I got what I ordered and it was great. However, a day or 2 after I placed the order my tracking number said it was canceled, so I freaked out and emailed customer service, no response. Started searching and found these Google reviews, once again freaked out thinking I got scammed. Called the number and zero answer because of “covid”. Started to think this place was fake. I had some initial problems with communication of delivery and shipping, but Classic Shaving delivered with my 2 Hart razors and they were worth waiting for. Thank you for getting things worked out and I will be a future customer.

I placed an order for over 700.00 dollars for the purchase of 2 straight razors that were shown to be in stock and ready to ship. I was charged immediately for the transaction and received a confirmation that the order was placed by email. several days passed and no shipping update. I called the customer service number on their website and it was a recorded message saying that no one is allowed to answer the phones because of COVID, this was a huge red flag to me especially since Idaho is such a conservative state. This company will take your money and will pretend like you don't exist. It has taken months and many emails and all I have gotten is a conformation email for my order. I again, tried to contact them to ask about the status of my order and after another month have received no word. I am currently attempting to have my order canceled and refunded.
