Talked to Cheryl a week before my settlement - she mistakenly let me know that there was a non-resident form I needed so Md would not take taxes out of my profit. This company and my realtor really botched this in my opinion. I don't believe they acted as a neutral party and mistakes and missteps and misrepresentation all around in my honest opinion. My recommendation is Mark Malakoff at Lakeforest Title. I'd probably have 16K more in my bank account now if we'd used them.
