Gave less money than quoted, never returned phone calls once they had the product and lied twice about when they sent check.
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Their customer service rep was an absolute joke. More interested in being right than helping the customer. Engaged in a completely asinine, immature, extremely rude, messaging duel. I can't imagine why anyone would want to deal with a company that has representatives who treat customers like that. Don't walk way from this company....RUN!!
A very pleasant place to walk and say Tefilah, also an excellent place to do Chasuna!!!
