Recommended1st let me brag on the staff. They are fun and caring. Amazing people Treasure, Mohamed, Adam, Gee, Jay, Caleb. The underwater treadmill is my most favorite.
The staff are all friendly and attentive. Very friendly environment. The instructors go straight to work on you. You are in the best of hands when you’re in their care. I’m getting great results each week.
The heated pool is amazing for arthritis
I had a recent 12 session rehab to assist with a problematic spinal stenosis. The staff is highly competent knowing just how far to push an exercise to increase a range of motion. I did the rehab at the Bedford location. Highly recommended. Lee

I had bilateral knee replacements done in December! They are such an awesome staff! The aquatic therapy is great helped me move so much easier! Got me ready for land exercises!!! Which is much harder!!!
very professional staff. they were there for my two neck surgeries and now they are there for me now with Parkinson's
They help me out a whole lot with getting better so I can go back to work
Aqua therapy, treadmill is in the pool. The massages are to die for. The other physical therapy is great to.
