We gave him a photo from Pinterest and he was able to work through the practical design issues to produce a beautiful, elegant and strong gate. Everyone comments on how attractive it is. I chose Classic Railings and Tim because he knew what he was talking about. My late partner had been in similar business so I knew exactly what I wanted and Tim understood my concerns and also understood that I knew what I was talking about and took that on board as well. The quality of work is good. Installation went smooth and I now have the security of a handrailing while walking downstairs.
