I’ve called and left messages for a new pool and spa. Never received a single call back.
I called and they said they don't do remodels but on the website it does. Poor customer service on the phone
We moved in to our new home in December of 2019. I started looking for a pool company and had 5 estimates. I chose Classic Pools and Spas as over 4 of my neighbors had used them and all raved about how great they were. I really liked how responsive Richard Jr was to my needs and changing plans.
