From the beginning, Troy made us feel like we weren’t important since we were only having a gunite replaster and cement deck removed for a paver deck install, not a high dollar new pool. We’d been calling Classic since January 2024 for a visit for an estimate. We finally signed the contract July 11 and were told 3 weeks is all it would take. They were supposed to start Aug 5th, no one showed up until Aug 12 for cement demo and the pavers install on Aug 23. The existing equipment was ripped out at that time of deck demo. The ... read more

I’m always bring my water to be tested, buy chemicals and have my big filters serviced as needed. Reasonably priced and super convenient to pop in and out!
