The gentleman was very nice and friendly and helpful
They did a great job on our pool. Very friendly. Kept in contact though the whole process.
They are very informative have been in the business for a long time. They have a lot of hard to get things that other pool places won't carry. I have a 45,000 gallon 9-ft deep in ground pool, I don't go anywhere else. Their prices are always below any of the other big name pool stores. I feel lucky to have their knowledge and experience so close by.
Did not call us when the part was in. We had to call him and then he put us off for a couple of days with one excuse after another. When we did drive 40 minutes to get it, it was not the right part. Ugh!
