I ordered a product from the Canby store 3 weeks ago and it is still not in. I was told several times it would be in and it was not. When I asked the young man that originally ordered it what the problem was he said he was not getting any information from the other store and showed me how many back orders that he had stuck the wall. I just got off the phone with another gentleman which said it would be there tomorrow (not holding my breath). Very unprofessional business!
