This company is extremely poor and communication and follow through. Never on time for appointments or communicating delays. Mark the actual service tech is good.
Stay far away from this company. This is the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. They are very quick to take on new projects but refuse complete work. They promise to fix things but never will. Jackie and Wayne with his “30 years of experience” are very dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves. It took me 30 min to learn more than the pool technicians they send who know the chemistry of the pool without ever testing the water. For example, I have a salt water pool. Put a liner in for us about 5 years ago. Took out my hydrostatic valve and drilled holes in my concrete pool . Water came in under the liner and made the liner fail . Would not have had a problem if he had not drilled holes in the bottom of the pool.
Told me they would do a pool liner replacement, then totally ghosted me. The sad part is that they did a terrible job with my open this year and I was trying to give them a second chance. Stupid me.
We had a problem with our pool liner. Wayne not only was able to fix it but he also drained the water behind it. He did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!!
