This is exactly why I don’t cheat on my nail tech. I went in today and had one of the worst experiences ever. I waited over an hour while 3–4 people who came after me were taken first. When the technician finally acknowledged me, she tossed the color palette onto the table and asked what color I wanted. I showed her a design on my phone, and instead of being professional, she laughed and started talking in her language. Great Nail Salon. Sheila & her Team are wonderful, they all do such a great job. May is my nail technician she great. !!
Staff is rude, place is dirty. "Spa pedicures" are a joke. They don't use individual Spa packets like most places. They use huge jars of cheap products with muck around the rims. The hot towels look old and stained and have a weird odor. They also don't open at posted time. They arrived 15 minutes late and when a regular waiting customer complained they told her if she didn't like it to leave. Just spend your money elsewhere.
