Absolutely terrible. She painted my skin on every nail and proceeded to tell me it is washable. (It was a gel manicure LOL) don’t go here for anything.
I went in for a gel manicure and had a very disappointing experience. The nail tech used a drill on my cuticles, which resulted in her cutting me and causing my finger to bleed. I asked her to stop so I could wash my hands, and when I came back, I told her I preferred not to continue the manicure. Instead of respecting that, she insisted on finishing and assured me she could stop the bleeding and avoid using the drill. I said no again, but she insisted. Great prices and excellent service. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I have irregular nail beds and they were able to do both with very clean edges and shapes. The massage part of the mani / pedi is amazing!
My classic gel manicure from here lasted a long time! No chips or anything, will be back!
Laura and Mary are the best nail techs there! Prices are fair, but the salon is a little dingy inside. However, the quality of the girls' services add a special touch that keeps me coming back!
