While picking up an order recently, I was met with a girl who has black hair and glasses who left me unheard and completely taken back with her lack of care and attention. Not only was she on a phone call while taking care of me but she had her vape in her hand. This is just completely unacceptable in any customer service experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
I guess I just don’t get it. But I didn’t grow up in Westerville either. The pizza gets such great reviews but we have never had a 5 star experience. This is the third time that the pizza crust was burnt and there was very little cheese. We asked for sausage on 1/2 but it was on all. Just not good. We can excuse the rude employees but not bad pizza. No longer an option for us.

The pizza and wings here are out of this world!!! They taste so good, and my family always gets the 10” pizza with tomatoes and extra chicken and BBQ wings. Better than any other pizza or wing stop in Columbus 10/10
