Fantastic workout, amazing staff – I used CPB to get in shape for my wedding - and it worked! I not only looked great, I felt great too. Rachel is an amazing teacher - I was a complete pilates novice and she walked me through all the exercises and machines in a way that made easy and enjoyable.
Two years ago I was the passenger in a horrible accident that left me in situation and physical condition that did not allow me to enjoy the activities and sports that were so natural to me. Through the determination and professional care of Rachel the owner of Classic Pilates Body, my chiropractor and acupuncture I am able to enjoy tennis, bike riding and many other activities.
